Adaptive reuse of a National Register-eligible, Spanish Colonial 11,000 square foot unreinforced masonry structure built in 1932 for Los Angeles County. Originally built as a health clinic for Los Angeles County, the building has been converted to general offices. The scope of work included historic resources survey, seismic strengthening, fire/life-safety and disabled access improvements, and building conservation.
